To establish service with C8CS, customers are required to provide a minimum amount of information necessary to activate an account. Personal information may be collected through online emails, handwritten forms that are faxed or sent as a PDF, or verbally over the phone by C8CS representatives, including account services, sales, and customer service personnel.

The following information is typically needed to establish services with C8CS: address, government-issued identification number, social security number, telephone number, and email address, if available. Additionally, active and potential customers may be asked to provide a credit application. C8CS may run a credit review on active and potential customers at any time C8CS deems necessary for credit purposes. We protect personal information against unlawful and/or unauthorized access, both physical and logical, as well as unauthorized use, sharing, loss, and damage.
